We can wind more 2-ply Dream Seam on the bobbin, where tensile strength is not critical as a top thread. For best results with Dream Seam 50 wt. thread, use a Topstitch #80/12 needle. The Topstitch needle style has a larger eye and a deeper groove than a Universal needle, which protects the thread from excessive friction and helps prevent breakage and skipped stitches.
