Our Color Wheel Prewound Bobbin Set is both eye-catching and practical. It includes 26 ready-to-use Class 15 prewound bobbins arranged in a turquoise silicone ring that keeps each bobbin secure, organized, and easily accessible. Each bobbin contains 115 yards of smooth, lint-free, and surprisingly strong 60 wt. polyester filament thread.
Quilters prefer to use a fine, smooth, and strong thread for English Paper Piecing, appliqué, and as a general bobbin thread. This is why our Color Wheel is universally loved! Class 15 bobbins fit most home sewing machines, and with this thread, you get flatter seams, tight, secure stitches, and more yards of thread on every bobbin—up to 70% more than a self-wound bobbin—allowing for more stitching with fewer interruptions.
The silicone ring easily moves from the sewing room to the retreat and keeps your bobbins from unspooling in drawers, project bags, or next to your machine. Topstitch needles also have a large eye, deep groove, and rounded sharp point-- say goodbye to interruptions caused by thread breakage! (Think of all the time you will save by not having to rethread your machine. 😁)
