We use trilobal polyester in our Elite and Variations threads. These threads deliver brilliant color and a subtle sheen that enhances both machine quilting and embroidery projects.

Yes, prewound bobbins are an excellent choice for machine embroidery. They offer several advantages over self-wound bobbins:

Our prewound bobbins use 60 wt. filament polyester thread in white and black. They fit most home embroidery machines and work beautifully with Elite, Variations, and other decorative top threads.

For the bobbin, we suggest our Precision 60 wt. filament polyester. It's designed specifically for bobbin use: The fine weight stays hidden on the back of your work. It's lint-free for clean machine performance. Consistent tension creates balanced stitches.
