• Combining Promo Codes: We allow one promo code per order. We do our best to avoid situations where promo codes can be stacked (multiple codes per order)
• Exclusions: Occasionally, we have special promotions, sales, new product releases, downloadable products, etc., that are excluded from promo codes. A message will appear during checkout if a promo code associated with product excursions is entered. 
• Expiration: Generally speaking, all of our promotions end at 11:59 pm MT on the sale's end date.
• Giveaways, Contests, and Sweepstakes:
• ​For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, we, Y.L.I. Threads, are the promoter. Our various Social Media handles are verified and any Giveaways offered on or through our website, company email campaigns, or SMS messaging from our official number are representative of Us. The prize of any Giveaway, Contest, or Sweepstake will be clearly identified with no purchase necessary.
• By entering to win and participating in any Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by the stated time and date associated with the contest. We will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
• Winners will be chosen as described in the Giveaway. We reserve the right to use whichever means we determine to select said winner.
• Various means shall be used for promotion of a Giveaway. This may include direct website promotion, email and SMS marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, etc. 
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Our liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• In-Stock Only: We are committed to reducing out-of-stock scenarios. We understand the disappointment of not being able to purchase a desired item, so we do our best to keep our products in stock. Unfortunately, there are times when products sell out quickly. Sale prices and promo codes apply to in-stock items only. We do not apply promo codes to previous purchases, back-ordered items, or out-of-stock products.
• Promo Code Use: During the checkout process, you will notice that all promo codes are applied to the subtotal before shipping and taxes.
• Retail Customers Only: Unless stated otherwise, our special offers and promo codes are for retail purchases. Wholesale customers have restrictions and minimums separate from other customer types/groups.
• Sale Times: All sale start and end times are in MT. They start at 12 a.m. MT on the valid start date listed and end at 11:59 p.m. MT on the valid end date unless noted otherwise
• Shipping Charges: If a promo code reduces your order total below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will apply.
